Well ofcourse the 6.2 liter 640 hp V8 should beat a 3.8 liter Nissan with 480 hp and back seats. Thats obvious. The reason its being compared to a much bigger Corvette is simply because america produces NOTHING else that can be compared. Which is why all kinds of things get compared to the Corvette. The Nissan however holds up really well to the much bigger Corvette because its way superiour technically and handling wise.

  4. animetodamaximum says:

i like it alot it just needs a lower price tag

  5. akm169mm says:

@samsite84 ,im a skyline fan,but the zr1 beat the skyline on the nurburgring….I love the gtr,but when you match up 495 horsepower to 640,the 640 will win.

    nissan rulz

  7. theyakuzadude says:

@swolfje yeah u think a honda civic would be the best car while u look back and see the GTR pass by like nothing.

  8. swolfje says:

they wasted minutes in my lifes

  9. swolfje says:

nissan is really not the best car
    NISSAN SUCKS SUCKS

  10. Peacefulhumanbeing says:

The only car that I know is really cool in this price range is M5 which i see as another great car for that price tag. Plus tell me how many cars out there have tools (screen) to adjust all those settings for the car? As far as I know you can only adjust those if you have a laptop hooked up to the cars onboard computer!

  11. Peacefulhumanbeing says:

By the way, for all people out here talking a car is better than another; here is what I think. This car is only V6, producing 480+ plus horsepower, sexy as hell, 4 seater, etc. Only for $80.000. Don’t tell me such an such is better. Of course there are better, faster, sexier ones but hey wtf is your problem? It is a great accomplishment for Nissan and please appreciate what these guys produced.

    Awesome video! Thanks.

  13. gotokobe1 says:

but the R8 cost twice as much….

  14. DudewithdaShades says:

damn!! I wish i had an extra $80,000 to spend…

  15. SolidSolaris says:

it is tuned by GT Haus.

  16. crossmethod23 says:

What is up with the GT-R at :13 seconds. Does it just have a body kit or is it a tuned version? It looks sweet.

  17. JDMforever11 says:

and by the way. they built the zr1 just to beat the stock gtr.

  18. 07SuperchargedSS says:

sorry the GT-R is sweet and all, but i think i would choose the R8 over it.

  19. slushomatic says:

ZR-1 beat the GTR in time on the ring and in a straight line it is by far not faster but it is a very nice car none the less.

  20. cretzu2versus says:

beautiful car , and very good performance . just like the first skyline

  21. samsite84 says:

Take you patriotic idiocy and shove it up your ass.

    you american prick.

Nissan Gtr is a saloon car with 4 seats, ZR-1 is super car with 2 seats, and yet the Nissan Gtr is faster.

  22. babyjazz101 says:

    most beautiful car ever…

  23. carranza828 says:

that’s because top gear will kill their own staff to prove that American cars are complete trash, yet clarkson went out and bought one b.c he fell in love with it. hes an idiot. a funny one though lmao

  24. brotherabid says:

    nissan have done it again!

  25. Chevyrulzz1 says:
